Designed to assist inmates in their-re-integration to society, Brooklyn/Bridge acts as a connection between prison and the community. Utilizinga variety of educational cognitive-behavior, treatment and self-help groups. The Brooklyn/Bridge encourages residents to adopt independents and responsible lifestyles free of drugs. Alcohol and criminal behavior. A dual Diagnosis component of the program provides services for mental health clients. Graduates are offered after-care services as needed for re-integration support. The program's journey of recovery offers an opportunity to learn new skills through individual and group counseling as well as fellowship experiences.
